How does the onboarding process work?

During the onboarding process, you will need to fill out a KYC form, which requires certain documents about your company and its legal representatives.

The main documents required are:

  • A company registration certificate not older than 3 months

  • Identity documents of the legal representatives

  • A document identifying the bank account to be associated with Scalapay

The legal representative must also verify their identity via webcam.

After completing the form, you may be contacted for additional information or clarifications. All communications will be sent to the email address used in the registration form.

Once the KYC is complete, you will receive the contract via email, which must be signed digitally through DocuSign. The contract must be signed by the legal representative listed in the KYC form.

At the end of the onboarding process, you will be contacted for activation of the service either online or in-store.
