If the customer returns the item you can refund the amount due to the customer from the Scalapay portal or directly from your e-commerce (if your platform has the refund function integrated).
As soon as the request is received, Scalapay will automatically cancel the instalments that were not paid yet and will refund the customer with any instalments already paid. Refunds will be made on the card used for the payment of the respective instalment.
Scalapay is not authorized to refund a customer order. The refund must be made directly by the seller.
